General Description
The Owner of this historically significant former Hotel, now called the Kickapoo Building, recognized the structure and its location for its unique place in downtown Peoria. Keach Architectural Design provided design services for both the 30~30 Coffee Company on the main level and the Kickapoo Apartments on the upper level. Special challenges of contemporary egress requirements and energy codes were married with respect for the historic details.
