General Description

Colburn Hull was designed to take advantage of the mixed use zoning allowed in Normal, Illinois. The close proximity to the ISU campus made the site a perfect fit to fill the housing shortage on campus, while offering commercial goods and services on the main level. Three levels of one and two bedroom apartments and one level of commercial tenant space are designed to fit with the urban zoning requirements of Normal.
