General Description
This shopping center was designed as a two building development. It was very important to the Owner that this building be attractive from all directions since there are major streets flanking the front and the back. Brick masonry construction full height on all sides and precast flat arch lintels over the openings give the buildings an upscale look. Interior structural bearing heights are increased to allow for a diversity of tenants.
